Test & Development Reflections: Commitment to Quality, Growing Together

July brought a full spectrum of testing tasks—from ASK630 hardware reliability to EC11 strategy finalization, from clock device firmware iterations to all-in-one function validation. We rigorously verified network stability, power cycling, factory resets, and stress tests, keeping all streams on track despite occasional tool glitches.

Firmware testing revealed multiple issues: memory/disk mismatches, screen light leakage, reversed audio channels, unstable Bluetooth, OTG absence, and RTC power-loss problems—all resolved through close coordination with software teams. On clock devices, we tackled boot glitches, shutdown pops, and display flaws with meticulous care.

We also consolidated experience into documentation, finalizing the EC11 test strategy and completing the F630C-P firmware flashing guide, along with multiple test reports and SOPs.

Cross-team collaboration was key. We supported software colleagues on factory test applications, fed back results on payment terminals and demo units, assisted in audio issue diagnosis, and collaborated on machine vision inspections for production quality control.

These experiences remind us that quality is a shared responsibility. As test engineers, we may not design the products, but we guard every detail with diligence and precision.

Moving forward, I will continue to deepen my expertise, strengthen collaboration, and embed the "quality co-building" mindset into every test and report. Together with my teammates, I look forward to delivering better products and writing the next chapter of our shared growth.
